Music You Need To Hear! - My Top Picks For Spring 2019

The last time I shared with you guys music that I'm currently loving was back in 2017. That was obviously a little while ago so I think its safe to say I'm currently obsessing over tons of new music since then. Here's the music that's at the top of my list that I'm currently loving and think you guys totally need to check out too!:
I've always liked James Bay's music, but during the past few weeks I've completely fell in love. I recently saw him live at the Beacon Theatre in NYC and I loved his performance!! I'm loving his new single with Julia Michaels, "Peer Pressure" and I even think that the music video is worth checking out too. Its simplicity is really what makes it just that good.
So Khalid's new album isn't out yet (it comes out on April 5, this Friday!) but that's not gonna stop me from already adding it to my list, I can't wait. I was genuinely surprised how much I loved his first album and I'm really hoping that Free Spirit is as good as the first. In between, he put out his Sun City - EP that I really enjoyed. When this album debuts, I'm totally gonna be listening to this for a while from Friday on.
Billie Eilish is one of those artist that honestly I didn't think that I'd like. I feel like you'd either love her style or just think its creepy, as I've heard some people describe her music. But, I'm a fan and I think her album is worth a listen.

I love supporting smaller artists who have potential to do big things. I've been following Taylor Edwards literally for YEARS, all the way back to her posting song covers on YouTube. I think its super awesome that she now has music on big platforms. I've been loving her new single 'Universe' and I highly recommend. While you're at it, you should also check out her other music on iTunes and Spotify!
The Brothers Osborne actually did not release this album this year, but for some reason it took me forever to listen to it and I don't know why! I really loved their first album and I remember when their song "Stay A Little Longer" came out, I was completely obsessed! "I Don't Remember Me (Before You)" is hands down my favorite song on Port Saint Joe.

Noah Kahan is a new discovery for me as he actually opened for James Bay at his concert I attended. Before that I had never heard of him. I do love discovering new music and this song was really good live! Definitely recommend to anyone who's a fan of James Bay or the same style of music.
WHO hasn't been talking about Ariana Grande's thank u, next album since it came out?? I've been a LONG time fan of hers since her Victorious and Sam & Cat days on Nickelodeon and remember downloading her first album Your's Truly when it came out. I love any music that she comes out with and I'm super excited to see her in concert this summer!

You know when you have something you know is so good but you kind of don't want to share it because then everyone now knows about that thing and loves it too? Thats kind of how I feel about Maren Morris. Selfishly, I wanted Maren Morris to stay a gem in country music, but I do think it's pretty awesome that she's basically worldwide now. I remember when her Maren Morris - EP came out in 2015 and it was all I listened to that summer. I've listened to her second album a few times so far and its just as good as the first.
